In a blender, purée all the rest of the ingredients except the vinegar, and add to the pan. Fry, turning occasionally, until the cauliflower and potato are cooked, all the liquid has evaporated, and the vegetables have browned. Cut cauliflower and potato into medium sized cubes and thoroughly wash it. Heat oil in a frying pan / kadai.

How to cook Cauliflower Potato Fry:
  1. Wash and cut vegetables into desired sizes for fry. Boil cauliflower in water for upto 5 mins on high flame.
  2. Take a frying pan and add oil, then cummin seeds, kalyapak, red chillies, onions, turmeric powder,salt and ginger garlic paste and toss it around for a minute.
  3. Add potatoes and boiled cauliflower and let it cook on medium flame for 20 mins. Toss around in between.
  4. At last add coriander powder and chilli powder and let it cook for 2 more mins.
  5. Done and ready to serve!

Add green chilli, ginger garlic and stir for few seconds. Add chopped onions and fry over medium heat until light golden brown. Add coconut milk, spice mixture, and the cauliflower and potato.
