  18. Prepare 1 Tbsp gerkins
  19. Use 1 Tbsp parsley

  22. Prepare 2 Tbsp mayonnaise

  24. Prepare 1 lime juice
  25. Use 1 Tbsp banana shallots

  27. Take 2 medium size potatoes

  4. For Mushy Peas - boil peas in salted water, drain and set aside. In a wok heat butter and add chopped banana shallots, add boiled peas, mix and set aside. Add to it heavy cream and salt & pepper. Mix and mash if you make mushy peas
  5. For Chips - peel the potatoes and cut into wedges. Boil them in salted water and boil 3/4. Drain and set aside to bring to room temperature. Freeze overnight.
  6. In a wok heat beef dripping and fry the Chips on medium flame until golden in colour. Set aside
