  1. Take 200 gms Hakka or Chow Mein Noodles
  2. Use 1 Medium Sized Onion

Then drain the hot water and transfer the noodles to a bowl of cold water. Whisk the soy sauce, mushroom soy sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, and sesame oil together in a small bowl, making sure to dissolve the sugar.
