  4. Microwave boccoli according to the package. Drain.
  5. Fold broccoli, ham, 1/2 c cheese and 1/4 c chives into the cauliflower mixture. Pour mixture into baking dish.
  6. Bake 20 min. Top casserole with bacon, remaining cheese and chives. Bake 7-8 min. until cheese melts.
  7. Done and ready to serve!

Cut into bite size pieces and add to a large mixing bowl. Drain and let sit in colander until cool to the touch. Place potatoes in large stock pot, cover potatoes with water. Place pot over Medium-High heat on stove top. Drain the potatoes in a colander.
