- Prepare 2 Tbsp Soya Sauce
- Prepare 1 Tbsp Vinegar
- Use 1 Tsp Fresh Ginger Juliens
- Take 1 Tbsp Vinegar
- Take For Garlic Vinegar Dipping Sauce
- Prepare 1 Tbsp Garlic paste
- Prepare 1 Tsp Sesame Oil
- Prepare 1/4 Tsp Sugar

- For Chilli Oil Dipping Sauce, First make Chilli oil.take 1 cup oil in pot, add cinnamon,star anise,cardamom green+black,bay leaf,coriander seed, garlic cloves.heat the oil till it starts bubbling.turn off heat,let the oil cool down.then strain it in a jar or bottle.
- Add crush red chilli flakes & salt in cooled down oil & mix it well.this Chilli oil is a base for many sauces in chinese cusine.it can be keep in air tight jars/bottles at roomtemperature.
- For the first Chilli Oil Dipping Sauce we need only three ingredients.mix soya sauce,apple cider vinegar, chilli oil in a bowl well.keep aside.
- For Sesame Peanut Dipping Sauce, take peanut butter,sugar,salt,in a bowl.mix together.add boiling water little by little in bowl to blend the sticky peanut butter well.
- When all blended together nicely add sesame seeds & chop fresh coriander.
- For Spicy Soy Dipping Sauce.chop very fine thin rings of fresh red chilli,green part of spring onion, coriander.add sugar & salt in bowl.
- Add soya sauce, mix.finish with sesame oil in bowl.
- For Vinegar Ginger Dipping Sauce, cut fresh ginger in very thin julians. Mix vinegar & soya sauce in a bowl.
- Lastly add fresh thin ginger julians. Mix well & keep aside.
- For Garlic Vinegar Sauce,take garlic paste in a bowl, add salt,sugar, vinegar,sesame oil,white pepper in bowl.mix well.
- Finish with red pepper flakes & sesame seeds.
