- Prepare 1/2 cup tomatoes thinly sliced
- Prepare 1/4 cup spring onion finely chopped
- Prepare 1/2 cup onion thinly sliced
- Take 1/2 cup cabbage thinly sliced
- Prepare 1/2 cup carrot thinly sliced
- Prepare 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- Prepare 1 tbsp olive oil
- Use 1/2 tsp black pepper powder

- Take 2 tsp vinegar

- Prepare 2 cup green moong Dal
- Prepare 1/2 cup coriander leaves

- Prepare 1 tsp zatar spice mix(thyme, seasame seeds, salt)

In my recipe, I used red lentils and replaced the traditional cooking method (frying) with baking. - For hummus: mix all ingredients in a mixture jar, and make smooth and soft paste.
- Add water kept from chick peas Peel to make smooth mixture.
- For falafal: soak Dal for 6 hours. Make a smooth and thick paste of Dal with chillies and garlic. transfer the paste in a bowl. Mix other remaining ingredients in it. Lastly add lemon juice and baking powder
- Mix well for better results. Deep fry like pakodas and keep aside.
- Salad: u can saute the salad ingredients. Keep aside. Serving: cut pita bread into half and slit it all. Slightly toast the bread on tawa with oil.
- Now it's a bread pocket. Apply, hummus, tahina sauce, insert falafal.
- Place little salad, and again sprinkle sauce. Now ur yummy sandwich is ready to eat.
- Done and ready to serve!
