Serve hot with roti, paratha, naan, poori or rice. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. In a mixing bowl, combine salt + pepper + onion powder + garlic powder + chili powder + dried mango powder. Set a cast-iron over high heat.

How to make Crispy fried Aloo Gobi:
  1. Heat oil in a kadhai and add cumin to it, saute until it turns aromatic.
  2. Now add onion and saute well.
  3. Add ginger, chilli and saute for a minute.
  4. On a low flame add turmeric,chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt.
  5. Saute on a low flame, until the spices turn aromatic.

  9. Finally add aamchur and garam masala and mix well.
