Add bell peppers, cook another minute, add the rest of veggies, stir for 1 minute. Put 2 TBSP oyster sauce and 1 TBSP of soy sauce. Stir fry for another minute.
- Dissolve 1 TBSP of potato starch with 3 TBSP of water in a bowl. Add the liquid into pan. Mix well for 1 minute.
- Pour stir fried veggies on top of noodles. Ready to serve.
