Set your oven at broil and put a skillet on at medium high and eyeball enough olive oil to coat the bottom. When the skillet heats up put in the chicken tenders and spread them out. All it took was a little creativity and improvisation.. Sprinkle half the Mozz, then half the Parmesan. Spread the croutons or mini toasts evenly. I also chose to spread some butter on our rolls and toast them for a few minutes to get them nice and golden.
