Ingredients and seasonings used for make
  1. Prepare 3 lb Snow Crab
  2. Prepare 2 lb Fresh Peeled Shrimp
  3. Take 1 bunch Small Potatoes bagged
  4. Prepare 3 Corn on the Cob
  5. Use 1 packages Louisiana Seafood Boil Seasoning
  6. Take 1 cup Butter
  7. Use Optional
  8. Use 1 dozen Eggs
  9. Prepare 1 packages Sausage
  10. Use 1 lb Scallop

Add the red potatoes, sausage, and onion to the pot. Drain the food through a colander & discard all the liquid. Serve on newspaper or a platter. Bring the water to a boil, then turn the heat down to medium high.

How to make:process Seafood Boil:
  1. Have large pot big enough to hold all ingredients. Fill 3/4 full of water and add seasoning. Bring to a boil.
  2. While water is warming up split the cobs into thirds.
  3. Once water is at a rapid boil add corn and potatoes. Boil for 30 minutes.
  4. After corn and potatoes boil for 30 minutes add crab legs (if you have sausage add now) to pot for 10 minutes.
  5. Finally add shrimp (scallop and eggs if you want) for the final 5 minutes.
  6. Turn heat off and let the food sit in the seasoned water for 5-10 minutes. Drain in a strainer in the sink.
  7. Lay covering on table. Covering should be something that won't allow heat from food to effect table. Pour food on table and enjoy.
  8. Done and ready to serve!

Add the andouille sausage and corn. Start adding in the crab legs & claws and the lobster tails. A garden hose and an ice chest full of crabs works best. Light the fire under the filled boil pot and add the liquid boil, salt, Pro Boil, pepper, and lemon juice. Squeeze the lemons and oranges into the water and add to pot.
