  9. You can place it in same way in a 2 1/2 or 3 quart dish. Just bake 20-25 minutes.
  10. Done and ready to serve!

Spread the mashed sweet potatoes evenly on top of the turkey mixture, dot the top with the remaining tablespoon of butter. Stir in the flour, sage, and thyme until blended.
