  4. Fold the passion fruit sweetened condensed milk mixture into the whipped cream (do half at a time)
  5. If desired, pour the passion fruit mousse into individual serving bowls, top with some of the passion fruit seeds.
  6. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour, no longer than 5 hours… and serve
  7. Done and ready to serve!

Heat fruit on low heat, stirring until it dissolves slightly and becomes more liquid. Strain the pulp into a measuring cup and let it cool. Pour into containers and refrigerate overnight. For Garnishing (Optional) Slice open the passion fruits and scoop the pulp, seeds and all, on top of the passion fruit mousse to decorate. In a blender add the passion fruit pulp and approx. ¼ cup of water (to make it easier to blend), and mix it for a few seconds, just to brake the fibers that bind everything together, separating the seeds from the pulp.
