  7. Prepare 1/2-1 cup Lukewarm water
  8. Prepare 1-2 tbsp Lukewarm milk

Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and sprinkle with more flour. Form the dough into a rectangle, and cut it into four equal parts. Shape each piece into a ball, stretching and tucking the dough to create a smooth surface, adding more flour if needed. Pour yeast mixture and oil in well and stir into dry ingredients until you have a soft dough.

How to make Pizza dough:
  1. Mix together flour, salt,sugar, yeast well in a bowl.
  2. Add beaten yogurt,oil, now slowly add lukewarm water and milk and start kneading dough.it should be not hard, not runny
  3. Keep dough in a deep bowl.cover and keep at a warm place to rise. In an hour or two dough will be double in size.punch it again to release air. And again knead in a dough ball
  4. Now if you like to use rightaway,use it. If not then moist your palm with oil and roll dough in hands, then keep in ziplock bags or airtight box in freezer. I usually made dough,cut in portions and freeze it.it will be handy and easy on times.
  5. Next time when you need take it out from freezer, defrost at room temperature and then use it.
  6. Done and ready to serve!
