  1. Prepare 250 g Prawns (Frozen OR Fresh)
  2. Take 1/2 teaspoon Grated Ginger
  3. Prepare 2 Spring Onions *lighter colour part for Prawn Balls, green part for topping

  5. Take 1 pinch Salt
  6. Prepare White Pepper
  7. Use 1 tablespoon Potato Starch OR Corn Starch Flour
  8. Prepare 200 g Dry Harusame Noodles
  9. Prepare Toasted Sesame Seeds
  10. Prepare <Soup>
  11. Prepare 1-2 tablespoons Sake (Rice Wine)
  12. Prepare 4 cups Dashi Stock *can be replaced by Chicken or Vegetable stock
  13. Prepare 1 teaspoon Salt
  14. Take 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce

In a pan heat some oil and add the balls. Fry both the sides till done. Your prawn balls are ready to serve. They're king prawns coated in a batter made of flour, water and salt which is deep fried until golden and crispy.
