  3. Prepare 2 cup plain flour

  9. When slice cold, make topping by melting cocolate with a bit of milk. Pour over cooled caramel.
  10. Done and ready to serve!

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar and desiccated coconut to remove any clumps.
