  1. Take 2-3 bitter gourd sliced
  2. Prepare 1 Potatoes cubed
  3. Prepare 1 teaspoon jeera seeds
  4. Take 1 tablespoon tamarind pulp
  5. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
  6. Prepare 1 teaspoon jeera powder
  7. Take 1 teaspoon red chilli Powder
  8. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  9. Use To taste salt and sugar

Cook on all sides on low heat. Add turmeric powder and bitter gourd slices. Add red chili powder, salt, and coriander powder. Now add tamarind paste and jagerry and mix well with cooked bitter gourd.

Step by step to make Sweet and sour bitter gourd:
  1. Heat oil in a pan add jeera seeds and bay leaf
  2. Add the gourd sliced and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
  3. As the gourd sliced sauted well add the Potatoes and fry well
  4. Add ginger paste,red chilli Powder and jeera dhaniya powder
  5. Add water and cover it till it is nicely cooked
  6. Finally add sugar and tamarind pulp,mix well
  7. The sweet and sour bitter gourd curry is ready
  8. Done and ready to serve!

Heat oil in a pan add fennel seeds,when they start crackling add turmeric and bitter gourd pieces and fry for a minute. Add salt,mix and cover with a lid and cook on slow flame till done.keep stirring in between. About Recipe Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan and then add the fennel seeds. When fennel seeds/saunf start to crackle then add turmeric powder and the chopped bitter gourd pieces. Add salt mix well and then cover and let it cook till done.
