  5. Step 2- pour the mix into a glass/container and refrigerate overnight or minimum of 4 hrs.
  6. Step 3- Next day/after 4 hrs, top it with some sliced bananas and sprinkling of cocoa powder and enjoy!!
  7. Apple Cinnamon Oats Step 1- Shred an apple amounting to ¼ cup
  8. Step 2- In a bowl, then add ¼ cup of rolled oats, pinch of salt, ¼ cup of milk (your choice), 1.5 tbsp zero/low fat cottage cheese, 1.5 tbsp zero or low fat Greek yoghurt, ¼ cup shredded apple, ¼ tsp cinnamon powder, 2 tsp maple syrup and mix well.
  9. Step 3- pour the mix into a glass/container and refrigerate overnight or minimum of 4 hrs.
  10. Step 4- Next day/after 4 hrs, top it with some walnut pieces and sprinkling of cinnamon powder and enjoy!!
  11. Peanut Butter and Jelly Oats Step 1 -In a bowl add ¼ cup of rolled oats, pinch of salt, ¼ cup of milk (your choice), 1.5 tbsp zero/low fat cottage cheese, 1.5 tbsp zero or low fat Greek yoghurt, 2 tsp peanut butter, 1.5 tsp strawberry jam (or your favorite jam) 2 tsp maple syrup and mix well.
  12. Step 2- pour the mix into a glass/container and refrigerate overnight or minimum of 4 hrs.
  13. Step 3- Next day/after 4 hrs, top it with some peanut butter and peanuts and enjoy!!
