- Prepare 2-4 Dashes Worcestershire Sauce

Cook the bacon, crumble and set aside. Add the peas to the dressing. Add the red or green onion, dill and bacon. Toss together the peas, eggs, red onion and celery in a medium sized bowl.

- In a Small Mixing Bowl, Whisk together the Mayonnaise, Milk, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Chives, Lemon Juice, Worcestershire Sauce, Salt & Pepper. Once Well Combined, Cover and Refrigerate for 20 - 30 Minutes.
- Prepare the English Peas & Bacon. I like to Boil my Peas for @ 6 - 8 Minutes, then Cool in Cold Water. I also Cooked my Bacon in the Oven at 400° for 15 - 25 Minutes (Depending on your Bacon) I placed the Bacon on a Parchment Lined Baking Sheet, and kept Checking it every 5 Minutes past the 15 Minute Mark. Bake until Crisp.
- In a Large Mixing Bowl, Add Peas, Red & Green Onions, Bacon, Cheese, and Eggs. Pour in Dressing, & Toss Well to Combine. Taste for Seasoning, & add more Salt & Pepper if Needed.
- Cover & Refrigerate for At Least 1 Hour or Eat Immediately if you Can't Wait. Enjoy!
