Ingredients and seasonings used in prepare
  1. Use 1 pack chowmein
  2. Prepare as per taste salt,
  3. Prepare as required water,
  4. Use as required oil
  5. Use 3 capsicum slicely cut,
  6. Prepare 3 carrots thin cut
  7. Take 3 onions thin cut in slice
  8. Prepare 2 tsp soya sauce,
  9. Prepare 2 tsp vinegar,
  10. Use 2 tsp red chilli sauce
  11. Prepare 2 tsp green sauce
  12. Use 2 tsp olive oil
  13. Take as per taste Salt

Estimated values based on one serving size. Transfer to a plate and set aside. Mix your sauce, chop the veggies, and boil the noodles. The stir-frying process goes fast, so you want everything to be ready for you when you need it.

Steps to make Vegetable chow mein:
  1. Firstly heat a pan add water,salt and oil then add pack of chowmein let it boil for 5-6min
  2. Then strain it from a strainer and grizzle some more oil and keep aside
  3. Heat a pan add olive oil and butter then add chopped garlic,green chillies and ginger saute it well
  4. Add chopped all veggies and cook in a high flame
  5. Then add boiled chowmein and all sauces
  6. Mix it well…..cook for a while
  7. Now serve it
  8. Done and ready to serve!

Heat some oil in a wok or skillet. Tip: use a cooking vessel with a good nonstick surface. A wok would be ideal, but I went with my cast-iron skillet for the cooking surface. Reheat it in a wok on the stove by stir-frying it until it is heated through, or you can microwave it. You may need to add a little water if the noodles have absorbed all of the sauce.
