  1. Prepare 1 cup Noodles
  2. Prepare 1/4 cup Oil
  3. Use 1 inch Ginger (grated)

  10. Prepare 1 teaspoon Vinegar
  11. Use 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder

Stir in the green beans or bean sprouts and soy sauce. Heat up a skillet or wok with the oil. Add in the garlic and stir-fry until light brown or aromatic. Add the chicken and shrimp and stir fry until they are half cooked.

Instructions to make Chow mein:
  1. Take a pan add water then 1teaspoon oil boil it.
  2. Add noodles boil it on medium flame for 5min.
  3. Take a pan add 2tablespoons oil then add ginger saute then add onion fry for 1min then.
  4. Add capsicum fry for 1min then add noodles fry for 2min.
  5. Add all the sauces, red chilli powder and salt fry for 5min.
  6. Yummilicious veg Chowmein is ready to serve.
  7. Done and ready to serve!
