Ingredients and seasonings used in prepare
  1. Use 180 GMs dried noodles
  2. Take 1-2 cups mixed Vegetables
  3. Use 1 Carrot
  4. Use as needed French beans
  5. Prepare as required Broccoli (optional)
  6. Prepare 1 Bell peppers (any color)
  7. Take as required Sprouted Moong (optional)…if you have add it

  10. Prepare 2 tbsp Soya sauce
  11. Prepare 1/2 tsp salt or as per taste
  12. Take 1 tsp crushed black pepper
  13. Use For frying / cooking
  14. Take 4-6 tbsps veg oil

Preheat a large wok over high heat. Add a few tablespoons of vegetable oil then add the mushrooms, peppers, ginger, garlic and chilli. Add the chopped spinach along with the oyster sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix your sauce, chop the veggies, and boil the noodles.

How to cook Veg Fried Noodles / Chow Mein:
  1. Boil the noodles as per time given on the packet in hot boiling water with salt, drain and rinse with cold water and apply little veg oil. Wash, peel and Chop all the vegetables to the desired shape for noodles (as seen in picture)
  2. Heat oil in a wok and add the garlic first and then the onion and saute it. Add the vegetables, saute and cook for sometimes till veggies are cooked….in between add the salt as per taste and crushed Black pepper.
  3. Add the boiled noodles and mix, add soya sauce and thoroughly mix it so that it gets evenly distributed. Cook for a few minutes tossing the noodles. Your Veg Fried Noodles or Chowmein which we lovingly call is ready to be served. I eat it all by itself with some sauce or love having it with chilli chicken or chicken Lollipops etc. Bon Appetit!!! The stir-frying process goes fast, so you want everything to be ready for you when you need it. Heat some oil in a wok or skillet. Tip: use a cooking vessel with a good nonstick surface. A wok would be ideal, but I went with my cast-iron skillet for the cooking surface. Open the package of noodles and loosen them in a large bowl.
