Remove mushroom stems then coarsely chop them and set aside. Add chopped mushroom stems, thyme, bay leaf and soy sauce. Bring to a boil then reduce to simmer. Add the mushrooms, salt and pepper, and parsley.

  8. Sauté some mushroom in butter and black pepper powder and use it in garnishing along with coriander.
  9. Done and ready to serve!
