  3. Then immediately transfer this caramelized sugar into another bowl and allow it to set (bring to room temp).
  4. Lastly pour some water in a pressure cooker and place a stand over it.Then place the bowl over it and cover the bowl with a plate and place some heavy thing over it so that the bowl does not gets displaced.Now steam it for atleast 20-30 mins on high-medium flame and the yummy pudding is ready.
  5. Bring it to room temp and refrigerate it for perfect setting.
  6. Done and ready to serve!
