  2. add kielbasa or sausage, squash, zucchini, and tomatoes to pans ; sprinkle with salts and pepper. roast another 15 ~ to 20 minutes longer or until vegetables are tender. transfer to a serving bowl; toss to combine. if desired serve with mustard.
  3. Done and ready to serve!

While veggies and kielbasa are roasting, drizzle olive oil over the broccoli in a bowl and then sprinkle with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, brown sausage in oil over medium-high heat. Remove with a slotted spoon and keep warm. Add the vegetables, broth and soup mix to skillet. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or silicone baking sheet.
