- Prepare 3 lb diced chicken breasts
- Prepare 1 cup green bell peppers

- Prepare 1 dash onion powder
- Prepare 1 dash ground black pepper
- Use 2 box Idaho Mashed Potatoes

- Take 4 cup milk
- Prepare 3 cup water
- Take 1 dash garlic salt
- Take 2 dash sea salt
Arrange chicken, vegetables, and warm tortillas on platter. Mash the mixture with a potato masher or electric mixer until smooth. Place drained potatoes on a serving platter. Cut chicken into strips and toss with the spice mixture.

- If chicken breasts, green and red bell peppers and onions aren't already chopped (diced) chop each individually then mix together.

- Within 3 minutes the fajitas should be fully cooked (Note: the chicken should be light brown and tender while the veggies slightly dark and soft).

- Add a dash of ground black pepper.
- Add 2 dashes of sea salt.
- Stir the mashed potatoes until the thick and creamy texture.
- When serving, place mashed potatoes in center of the plate then place the chicken fajitas on top of the potatoes and enjoy! :)
