  1. Prepare 1 pkt (200gm) whole wheat noodles

Drain water and set them aside. For the sauce combine all the ingredients in a bowl, except black pepper. Add ginger - garlic paste and saute for a minute. Cook veggies for only a few minutes, so they still have quite a bit of crunch left in them.

How to cook Veg hakka noodles / chow mein:
  1. Boil noodles in pan. Add few drops of oil to avoid stickness.
  2. Drain the cooked noodles in a colander, and rinse them with cold water. Set aside.
  3. Heat a pan,add oil and onions to it.saute it
  4. Now add pinch of salt & Tastemaker
  5. Add carrots,cabbage, capsicum, peas or vegies of your choice. Stir fry for about two minutes, do not overcook the vegetables. Vegetables should have some crunch.
  6. Add noodles, salt, soy sauce, vinegar, and chilli sauce, toss them together and stir-fry them for about a minute.
  7. Chowmein / hakka noodles are ready to serve.serve hot & enjoy!
  8. Done and ready to serve!

Add salt and pepper and mix well. Now add boiled noodles and mix well (take care that noodles don't break). Add vinegar, chili sauce and soya sauce and stir fry for a minute. Cook the noodles in plenty of salted water as per package instructions. Take care not to over cook.
