Ingredients and seasonings used in prepare
  1. Prepare 1 pack chowmein
  2. Prepare as required water,
  3. Prepare as per taste salt,
  4. Take as required oil
  5. Prepare for chowmein-
  6. Prepare 3 capsicum slicely cut,
  7. Prepare 3 carrots thin cut
  8. Take 3 onions thin cut in slice
  9. Take sauces-
  10. Take 2 tsp soya sauce,
  11. Use 2 tsp vinegar,

  14. Prepare 6-7 garlic pods
  15. Prepare 2 chopped green chillies
  16. Prepare as required grated ginger(half inch)
  17. Prepare 2 tsp olive oil
  18. Take 1 cube butter
  19. Prepare as per taste salt

Stir in the green beans or bean sprouts and soy sauce. Heat up a skillet or wok with the oil. Add in the garlic and stir-fry until light brown or aromatic. Add the chicken and shrimp and stir fry until they are half cooked.

Steps to make Chow Mein:
  1. Firstly heat a pan add water,salt and oil then add pack of chowmein let it boil for 5-6min
  2. Then strain it from a strainer and grizzle some more oil and keep aside
  3. Heat a pan add olive oil and butter then add chopped garlic,green chillies and ginger saute it well
  4. Add chopped all veggies and cook in a high flame
  5. Then add boiled chowmein and all sauces
