Ingredients and seasonings required for make
  1. Prepare 250 gms Noodles
  2. Prepare 1 medium sized onion sliced
  3. Use 7-8 Garlic cloves chopped
  4. Prepare 1 cup carrot and beans sliced
  5. Take as required Some chopped Cabbage
  6. Prepare 2 tbsps oil
  7. Prepare 2 tbsps Soya sauce
  8. Prepare as per taste Salt
  9. Prepare 1/2 Tsp Black pepper crushed

Stir in the green beans or bean sprouts and soy sauce. Heat up a skillet or wok with the oil. Add in the garlic and stir-fry until light brown or aromatic. Add the chicken and shrimp and stir fry until they are half cooked.

How to cook Chow Mein:
  1. Boil and prepare the noodles once cooked drain the water and wash in running cold water to stop further cooking, apply little oil about 1/2 -1 Tsp oil.
  2. Heat oil in a wok add garlic and onion and saute it for a minute or so, add carrot and beans and saute it for sometimes till it get cooked. Add in the spring onions white part too and freshly grounded black pepper and cook.
  3. Add in the boiled noodles and soya sauce too. Mix well with the veggies. Check salt and add as per taste and mix well. Serve hot….
  4. Done and ready to serve!
