Ingredients and seasonings used for prepare
  1. Prepare 500 ml whole full cream milk
  2. Prepare 250 ml Amul fresh cream
  3. Prepare 180 ml sweetened condensed milk or as per your sweetness
  4. Use 2 tbsp Finely chopped pista Few Saffron thread
  5. Take 1/4 tsp Elaichi powder

How to make Kesra Pista Kulfi? Boil milk in a heavy bottom pan and cook until reduced to half. Add milk cream and sugar along with chopped pistachios and saffron strands and cardamom. Transfer the cooled milk to kulfi mold or ice cream molds.

  1. Take 1/2liter of full cream milk.bring it to boil.and reduced to medium flame.. And reduced to 2/3… in between keep stirring.. Add condensed milk & cream. and cardamom powder, chopped pistachios put saffron in milk for colour and flavour..allow the thick milk or called rabri to cool completely.
  2. After that transfer them to a plastic cups. Or icecream moulds..
  3. Then freeze the cup at least 7o 8hours… cover the plastic cup with cling film and almunium foil..
  4. After 7-hour kulfi is set completely. Insert the stick in between the cup..and slowly rubbed in between your hand nicely remove the kulfi from the plastic cup.
  5. After that sprinkle some chopped pistachios and saffron thread.. your kesar pista kulfi is ready.
  6. Done and ready to serve!

To make Kulfi, first in a blender grind pistachio to a coarse powder. Transfer to a bowl and set aside. Now in a heavy-bottomed saucepan heat milk over low heat. Add cardamom powder, saffron, and keep on stirring the milk occasionally. Let it simmer over low heat till it reduces to half the original quantity and thick in texture.
