- Soak Palabok noodles in hot water until soft. Drain

- Let broth boil then turn down to medium and add mama sita mixture. Cook stirring constantly until thick
- Mix cooked noodles and seafood together. Poor thickened sauce onto noodles. Fold in cooked canned oysters.
- Mix gently until incorporated and cook covered under low heat until warmed through.
- Top with crushed chicharrone. Serve with freshly cut lemon wedges to squeeze on top. Serve.
